How do I cancel my order ?
For any cancellation of your order, you must contact us as soon as possible at contact@infinite-piercing.com. If the order has not yet been prepared or shipped, we will proceed to its cancellation.
If 24 hours have passed since your order was placed, no cancellation or modification will be possible
How do I track my order ?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will be informed by email of the tracking number of the package. You can also go to the "Order tracking" page available on our website.
Delivery
How much is the shipping cost ?
The delivery free for all orders in UK and EU. For other countries, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.
What are the shipping delays ?
It takes between 1 and 3 working days to prepare and process your order.
What are the delivery times ?
For the United Kingdom, it takes an average of 5 to 10 working days for delivery to your home
For other countries, it takes an average of 7 to 15 working days
Exceptionally, there may be delays during periods of high demand or end of year like Black Friday or Christmas.
There are products missing from my order, is this normal ?
Yes, it is quite common, the products with a short processing time will be sent first. Therefore, there may be a few days difference between the reception of your different packages.

Payment
What payment methods are accepted ?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Paypal. Checks and bank transfers are not accepted.
Why my debit/credit card doesn't work ?
Please check your card details to ensure that the information is correct. In particular, the first and last name entered must bethe same as the one on the card.
Check if your card limit has not been reached or reviewed by your bank.
If it still doesn't work, please try another card or pay with another payment method.
Why is there a charge on top of the order amount ?
All transactions are charged in GBP (£), so it is possible that your bank will charge a foreign exchange fee if your card is not in that currency.
In some cases, your bank may charge additional fees because our payment providers are located outside of Europe. These fees depend on the bank and the type of offer you have with them.
